AI Campus brings together students, faculty, staff, professionals, and organizations to learn, apply, and lead in an AI-enabled world.

Through interdisciplinary cohorts, workforce development, workshops, conversations, innovation projects, and partnerships, we are creating pathways for responsible AI adoption and impact.

Rutgers-Camden brings a unique combination of urban research focus, community-engaged scholarship, diverse disciplines, strong ethics and policy expertise, and connection to the National AI Campus network. Together, these strengths create a powerful platform for No-Boundary Thinking, where students and faculty explore AI solutions for real-world challenges.

To use data and technology to interrogate and address wicked problems (e.g., health, environment, data quality, data literacy, responsible AI and other technologies) facing urban communities.

To situate data science, artifical intelligence (AI), and other technologies in an ethical, community-engageed framework that meaningfully accounts for human and urban complexities.

Students: Develop future-ready skills and gain experience applying AI to real-world challenges.
