From lunch-hour concerts to opening-night galas, you can celebrate (and participate in) the arts at Rutgers–Camden. We’re proud to be a catalyst for arts and culture in the metropolitan region, curating art exhibitions, presenting concerts and theater productions, and hosting author readings and scholarly lectures—right here on campus.
Rutgers University–Camden is open and operating. The spring semester combines a majority of remotely delivered instruction with a limited number of face-to-face classes. In-person events are canceled until further notice. Use the My Campus Pass app before coming to campus and remember the three Ws: Watch Your Distance, Wash Your Hands, Wear Your Face Covering.

Rutgers–Camden hosts author readings, art exhibitions, musical concerts, film screenings, special conferences, theater performances, and more throughout the semester for adults and children of all ages. Many events are free, and all are open to the public.

This year-round, multivenue arts institution presents programs in the visual arts, performing arts, arts education, and community projects for Pre K–12 through adults.
Featuring exhibitions year-round, the Stedman Gallery shows works from the Rutgers–Camden Collection of Art as well as art by faculty, students, and artists from across the region and globe.
Our Department of Fine Arts showcases the talents of our music, theater, and visual arts students, faculty, and visiting artists in exhibits and performances open to the public.
One of only three professional training orchestras in the country, Symphony in C presents its entire concert series at Rutgers–Camden.
