Each year, Rutgers University–Camden attracts some of the nation’s most thought-provoking and insightful authors to connect with students and the public through the Rutgers Reads program.


2019 The Rutgers Reads selection was Evicted by Matthew Desmond. A New York Times bestseller, Evicted won the 2017 Pulitzer Prize in General Nonfiction, the Robert F. Kennedy Book Award, and the American Bar Association's Silver Gavel Award. View photos from the event.
