The Stedman Gallery encourages the development of exhibitions that will promote its mission “to provide exhibitions and programs that inspire a full appreciation and enjoyment of the arts, create meaningful opportunities to participate in the arts, and increase awareness of the arts as essential to cultural, economic, and community vitality.”

We accept and review proposals from curators, artists, and art historians on a rolling basis throughout the year for exhibitions that explore themes that are culturally relevant, artistically unique, and highlight new processes and practices in the visual arts. All media will be considered.

CDs with jpeg images, DVDs, photographic reproductions, artist statements, résumés, and exhibition catalogues or announcements are welcome. Please do not send slides, videotapes, or original artwork. Due to the volume of submissions, we do not acknowledge receipt of, or return, materials. The Stedman Gallery does not mount retrospective or solo exhibitions.
