Pilates in the Group Exercise Room

Pilates is a core-training class with exercises linked to breathing that will sculpt muscles of the trunk and hips for greater stability, strength, and balance. This class will train your mind and build symmetry and coordination in the body. All fitness levels are welcome. Learn more.
