Surveillance and Privacy Panel Discussion

Join the National Security Law Association and the Federalist Society for a discussion on balancing security and surveillance with personal privacy/civil liberties. Speakers are: Jamil Jaffer, director of the Homeland and National Security Law Program at George Mason University, former chief counsel for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, former senior counsel for the House Intelligence Committee, and former law clerk to Judge Neil Gorsuch; and Kirsten Nussbaumer, assistant professor of political science and law and the associate director of the Center for State Constitutional Studies at Rutgers–Camden.
