Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden Announces Fall Info Sessions for Prospective Students

CAMDEN – The Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden will hold a series of information sessions throughout the fall for prospective students interested in earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Each session will allow interested individuals to learn more about the academic requirements for admission to the nursing program at the Camden campus of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

The Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden information sessions will be held on the following Wednesdays:

Oct. 3  at 12:20 p.m.

Nov. 7 at 12:20 p.m.

Dec. 5 at 12:20 p.m. and 5 p.m.

The undergraduate nursing program at Rutgers–Camden emphasizes evolving trends in medical practice, theory and technology. The Rutgers–Camden nursing program is accredited by both the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.

In 2011, Rutgers–Camden built its 35-year history of nursing education into a full-fledged School of Nursing, which will address the need for highly qualified nursing professionals while advancing research in nursing and health science.

Each information sessions will be held in the room 121 on the first floor of Armitage Hall, located on Fifth Street, between Cooper Street and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge on the Rutgers-Camden campus.  For more information, contact the Rutgers School of Nursing at (856) 225-6226.
