The School of Social Work offers its BA degree through the College of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers–Camden. Accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, this professional degree program prepares graduates both for beginning-level generalist social work practice and for further study in graduate school. Students are admitted to the major at the beginning of their junior year, after having completed 60 credits of coursework.
