Through an interdisciplinary collaboration with Rutgers–Camden’s Schools of Law and Business, the Department of Public Policy and Administration’s PhD program in public affairs offers a strong professional and pedagogical emphasis on community development in the United States and international settings. Blending faculty expertise from public policy, law, and business, this doctoral program focuses on social capital, social justice, and social entrepreneurship, and leads to a PhD with significant applied skills and policy expertise.
