The Department of Public Policy and Administration offers the only nationally and professionally accredited master of public administration (MPA) degree in the Delaware Valley region. The MPA program integrates rigorous curriculum in policy analysis and management with real-world research and public service opportunities. On-campus organizations directed by faculty members—the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs and the Center for Strategic Urban Community Leadership —and faculty-supervised internships in government, nonprofit, and community-based organizations give students the experience needed for doctoral study or leadership positions.
