The psychology major at Rutgers–Camden provides a strong foundation in modern research and theory. Students will learn how the behavior of the individual depends on biological, developmental, cognitive, and social processes. While many psychology majors choose to begin a career after receiving their degree, other Rutgers–Camden graduates pursue master’s and doctoral degrees in psychology or in education, social work, law, medicine, and in the allied health profession (occupational, speech, or physical therapy).
