Celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Rutgers Law Journal's State Constitutional Law Issue. Sanford Levinson, author of the book Framed: America's 51 Constitutions and the Crisis of Governance (Oxford, 2012),  will offer a public lecture at 4:30 p.m. at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Levinson is the W. St. John Garwood & W. St. John Garwood, Jr., Centennial Chair in Law and Professor of Government at the University of Texas in Austin. His lecture, to be published as the foreword in the Rutgers Law Journal's 25th Annual Issue on State Constitutional Law, will focus on issues of federal and state constitutional structure rather than judicial interpretation of constitutions.
