Dr. Felipe J. Gorostiza Felipe Gorostiza is the Senior Associate at the Urban Partners, Philadelphia. He lectured for the Urban Studies program at the University of Pennsylvania as well as at Rutgers University. He is a Director of Member Services at the Philadelphia Association of CDCs. Felipe Gorostiza works with the following groups; Society for American City and Regional Planning History, Urban Land Institute, ACSP, Urban History Association, Urban Affairs Association. He is also affiliated with the American Street Empowerment Zone Economic Development Committee, PNC Bank, CRA Advisory Committee, Mayor's Commission on Vacant Land Reuse-Philadelphia Steering Committee. Felipe Gorostiza received his Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning and M.A. in International Relations from University of Pennsylvania.. He also studied at Brown University where he received a M.A. in Hispanic Studies and New York University where he got his Bachelors degree.
