Program in Urban Studies and Metropolitan Planning

 

Edward C. Williams, Sr. P.P., AICP

 Mr. Williams is the Acting Director of the Division of Planning, Camden City Department of Development and Planning, Camden, New Jersey and a licensed professional planner. He was instrumental in the passage of a new Master Plan for the City of Camden. Over the past decade, he has offered several courses in urban planning for the Urban Studies Program. In addition, Mr. Williams serves as an instructor in the Political Science and History Departments.

A graduate of the Urban Studies Program at Rutgers, Mr. Williams also holds an MPA degree from the Department of Public Policy and Administration, Graduate School, Rutgers University, Camden Campus and an MS degree in Urban Planning and Policy Development, Rutgers University, New Brunswick Campus.
