Dr. H. Ahada Stanford



In addition to teaching for the Department for Urban Studies and Community Planning, Dr. Ahada Stanford has been  the executive director for The Camden Development Collaborative since 1995. She served as an Economic Development Consultant for Philadelphia, Camden, Boston, and Detroit (1991-1995). In addition, she was the Deputy Director for the Urban Studies Affairs Partnership in Philadelphia (1985-1991). Dr. Stanford's professional interests include urban economics, as well as finance, policy research, planning and development, housing development and finance, inner-city development, including community economic development and job creation and public and private partnerships. She teaches courses in Urban Housing Policy and Real Estate Finance, Urban Economics, and Planning and Development. 
Dr. Ahada Stanford received a Master of Arts (Planning), a Master of Business Administration, and her Ph.D. in Urban Economics, Housing, and City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
