Kappa Delta Pi is an honor society of, about, and for educators. Selection as a member of Kappa Delta Pi is based on high academic achievement (a GPA of 3.6 or higher), a commitment to education as a career, and a professional attitude that assures steady growth in the profession.

The induction ceremony is officiated every spring semester by our chapter president, Dr. Thomas Venables. Students will be selected for induction into Kappa Delta Pi during their semester of student teaching.
