Kappa Delta Pi is an honor society of, about, and for educators. Selection as a member of Kappa Delta Pi is based on high academic achievement (a GPA of 3.2 or higher), a commitment to education as a career, active membeship in the Teacher Preparation Program, and a professional attitude that assures steady growth in the profession.

The induction ceremony is officiated every fall and spring semester by our chapter president, Dr. Thomas Venables. Students will be invited to be inducted into Kappa Delta Pi once they have met the requirements listed above.
