Guy graduated from Rutgers-Camden with a bachelors degree in Economics in 1991 and received his Masters degree in Economics from Rutgers-New Brunswick in 1994. He has worked at the Bureau of Economic Research, Economics of Healthcare and Disability section, Virtua Health-Mount Holly, Keystone Mercy Health Plan, and Health Partners. At present, Guy is the President and CEO of Health Care Quality Management; a company he formed in October of 2001. The company specializes in providing consulting services to managed-care companies, hospitals, and other health care organizations.
