System Requirements

A Windows operating system is recommended for optimal performance, however any operating system capable of running a web browser is sufficient. This application can be accessed with Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.0 or later for PC or MAC), Netscape Navigator (version 6 or later for PC or MAC), and Firefox (version 1.5).

If you have problems seeing a program on a PC, ensure that Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4 or higher is installed on your machine. If needed, download JRE from Sun.

If you have problems seeing a program on a MAC, ensure that Macintosh Runtime for Java (MRJ) 2.2 or higher is installed on your machine. If needed download MRJ.

This application is best viewed with full-screen (maximized) browser window with a screen resolution of 1152 X 864.

Dial-up users may experience slow response times, therefore a broadband connection is recommended.

Time Outs

Your session will time out if you are logged in but have not used the application for several minutes. If your session times out, when you next click on a link or button, you will be redirected to the login page. To continue your session, just log in again.
