The International Chancellor’s Scholarship makes earning a world-class Rutgers degree possible for nonsponsored, international students who hold an F-1 visa.
How It Works
Rutgers University–Camden will offer a scholarship of $8,000 ($4,000 per semester) to all nonsponsored, international applicants who meet admission requirements and enroll full-time in the College of Arts and Sciences or the School of Business.
First-year and transfer applicants who meet the following criteria can receive an addtional merit scholarship of $4,000 ($2,000 per semester) if you meet or exceed the following criteria:
- First-year: SAT1180 (on a 1600 scale) or ACT 24
- Transfer: 3.5 GPA (based on a U.S. 4.0 scale)
- TOEFL 79, IELTS 6.0, or level 112 from ELS
The scholarship is renewable if the student maintains a 2.5 GPA at Rutgers University–Camden.
How To Apply
There is no separate application for the scholarship. Applicants who meet the criteria are automatically considered when they apply and are admitted for admission to Rutgers University–Camden.
Who Is Eligible?
Nonsponsored, international F-1 visa students (not sponsored by a government agency but who self-pay) and meet Rutgers University–Camden admission requirements.
