How to set properties of the page
On the top menu go to Format and choose Page Color and Properties from the drop down menu.
This option will open another window to set properties of the page. The tab on the window helps to set different setting on the page. Color and Background tab will help to make color choices for your link and background of your site. Instead of color, image can be used as a background here.
