Click on the link above that applies to your account. This will
take you to a list of options that will help you manage preferences on
your Rutgers computer account/NetID through the web. To use these links
you will need to
enter your Rutgers NetID and password. One of the options is a
link for Setting up Email Forwarding. Click on that link, type in
your NetID and then your password, and click OK. This will take
you to the email forwarding web page. At the top you will find
directions on how to setup a new forward address, as well as being able to
delete current forwarded addresses. If you have forwarding turned
off, you will notice that it says "Forwarding Off" in the Forwarded
Addresses window. If you have forwarding turned on, you will notice
each email address that you have email being forwarded to in the Forwarded
Addresses window. Follow the on screen instructions, and you should
be able to successfully forward your mail from your Rutgers' email
account to another account. If you want to
forward to multiple accounts, click on Add to add further email addresses.
To have your email forwarded to another account and keep a copy on the
Rutgers' servers, in case there is a problem with the ISP receiving
Rutgers' mail, Click Add and enter in your Rutgers' NetID
without any qualifying information - ie @camden.rutgers.edu
