What is the official address of the Bursars office?   Postal Address: 329 Cooper Street , Camden NJ   08102 .

Physical Location: First Floor, Artist Building , corner of 4th and Cooper  Street   

What are the Bursars office hours of operation?  Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00PM.                                        

What if the hours of operation are not convenient for me?

The Bursar office has extended hours during the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters. The hours and
location can be found on this website. A drop box is located at the 4th street entrance for all Non Cash
transactions such as term bills and/or parking permits.

What forms of payment does Rutgers accept?

We accept cash (in person), personal check, certified check and Money Order.Effective July 1, 2006, SAR/Cashiers offices can not longer accept in-person/faxed credit card payments for SAR
charges for Fall and Spring  term.  Students can pay for these terms using a credit card on our web site. 
Our web site will only accept MC/Discover credit cards.  Winter and Summer Session payments will not be
affected by this change. 

 
Does Rutgers offer a tuition payment plan?

The University offers several payment options designed ot fit the students budget. Please visit the following link for more information: www.studentabc.rutgers.edu.


  When will my refund check be available?

CHECK ON LINE   www.studentabc.rutgers.edu and follow instructions.Your check should be available in the Bursar office 4-5 working days from the date that the check was issued.No refund checks will be distributed without proper Rutgers student identification.

 

Can my refund check be mailed? Yes.  Fill out a complete check release form, sign and mail it to Rutgers University Bursar Office – 329 Cooper Street, Camden NJ  08102.

  

Do I have to submit my term bill if the amount due is $0.00? Yes. Your Attendance Confirmation form must be signed and returned in the envelope supplied, or online at the www.studentabc.rutgers.edu following address:           

How do I pay my term bill?
All term bills must be submitted before the due date to avoid a late fee of $125.00. Refer to forms of payment question above for further details.

                

Where do I get my parking permit or pay a parking ticket? Payments may be made at the Parking Office by check, cash or credit card.  A valid car registration will be needed when purchasing a decal.

 I only need a parking decal for one semester, what do I do?The parking decals are good for one academic year. If you need a parking decal for the Fall Semester only, you must purchase the decal for the full year.  But if you return the pass for half a year (the deadline will be posted) you will receive half of your money back.  If you purchase a parking decal during Spring registration for the Spring Session only, the parking decal will be available at half price. 

I was deregistered because I did not submit my attendance confirmation bill. What do I do?

Please contact the Bursar office at 856-225-6907.  Your credit hours will be reinstated by submitting payment or proof of payment.


How do I sign up for a Rutgers Ru Express Card?

Funds may be added to the RU Express accounts online, using MasterCard or Discover at: http: food.rutgers.edu . Payment may also be made by cash or check at the Bursar's office located at 329 Cooper Street.                  


How do I get a  student identification  card? Impact Booth located at the Campus Center will issue student identification cards.  Only students that have confirmed their attendance will be issued a Rutgers student identification card.  The first card is issued to students free of charge.


How do I check to see if my class has been cancelled due to weather or other      

emergency conditions? Listen to KYW news radio-am (1060) Rutgers-Camden school closing number Day Classes (605) Night Classes (2605) The Rutgers-Camden operator line will reflect any emergency information. 856-225-1766    Website www.rutgers.edu will have notification.
