Conference Services & Campus Reservations
The Conference Services Office manages access to university facilities by student organizations, faculty departments, administrative departments and the community.
Services Offered
- Conference rooms to hold small groups of 20 to large groups of over 200
- Athletic Fields and Recreation Areas available for use (charges determined by the Athletics Department)
- Catering packages starting at $7 per person per meal
- Overnight accommodations for up to 250 attendees in our Residence Halls
- Suites include 3 bedrooms, shared bath and living room with air conditioners and access to computer and fitness facilities
- Individual suite (1 person in suite) $65 per night
- Single suite (1 person per bedroom) $25 per person per night
- Double suite (2 people per bedroom) $15 per person per night
- Linen service available (including sheets, blanket, pillow, towel and washcloth, with daily towel change) $20 per person (per 1 week stay)
- Additional linen service available beyond 1 week stay at $2 per person per additional day
- On-site trainers available for team building, leadership or diversity training, and health or career consulting
- Unlimited computer access available with nominal printing fee
