Paraprofessional Postions:
Paraprofessional, or entry-level administrative, positions are big shoes to fill. Upper administration depends greatly on these individuals to maintain day to day operations on campus and in the residence halls. These positions, because of their high level of student contact, are very self-rewarding and allow these professionals to develop and tune their skills for their future careers. The amount of training they receive, coupled with their close interaction with veteran professionals, make them very attractive candidates for future mid-management or administrative positions.
Within the Offices of Campus Involvement and Residence Life, we currently have 3 such positions: the Area Coordinator, the Peer Mentor Coordinator, and the Assistant Coordinator of Campus Involvement.

NEW: The Office of Residence Life at Rutgers-Camden is recruiting candidates for an anticipated opening for an Area Coordinator to begin in July of 2008. We will be interviewing candidates at the Mid-Atlantic Placement Conference on February 28th and 29th, 2008.
