The purpose of the South Jersey Regional Leadership Institute (SJRLI)
is to prepare a diverse cadre of leaders to address the socio-economic
needs and challenges facing the larger Delaware Valley region. The program
has been designed to prepare these leaders with the necessary competencies
and skills to work cooperatively and collaboratively to promote strategic
alliances, community development and economic growth. The focus of this
initiative is on building stronger communities in the cities and under-served
areas, which is paramount to meeting the needs of our region.
Leaders and managers in public, private, and not-for-profit organizations
