Through the Executive Management Programs, the Center customizes domestic
and International Professional Development Institutes for a variety
of public and private organizations in the U.S and abroad. Following
a thorough needs assessment, programs are carefully custom designed
specifically for participants. The program incorporates a wealth of
experiential learning activities, classroom training and new models
of learning. All of our programs combine the best organizational theory
with intensive skill practice and provide an environment that fosters
creativity and active interaction. The learning process in our programs
focus on changing behaviors and attitudes by involving participants
in critical thinking, skill building change and action planing. Programs
are currently being offered in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Mexico, and
South America.
