Infant and Toddler Development Program

The Infant and Toddler Program accepts applications on a rolling basis. Openings are based on each child’s age (Infant or Toddler) and are placed on a waiting list by date of application.

Preschool Program

Enrollment in the ELRA Preschool Program is determined annually by a lottery system and waiting list. Enrollment for 2012-13 is FULL, but parents may fill out applications for the waiting list. The application period for 2013-14 academic year begins December 1, 2012 and closes on January 2, 2013.
