Flora Rivera is the newly appointed Director of Mi casita Day care Center in Camden.  She has served as teacher and assistant director and remains involved with all areas of supervision and curriculum at the Center. 

Sharon Rya

Research Interests: Dr. Ryan’s work centers around how early childhood educators might improve their practices to achieve educational equity for all students in their classrooms. To this end she is interested in using research to re-conceptualize the early childhood knowledge base away from a developmental focus to one that incorporates multiple theoretical perspectives such as teacher knowledge, critical, feminist and postmodern theories.

Dr. Sharon Ryan has worked as an early childhood and special education teacher, administrator, consultant, and teacher educator in Australia and the United States. She is an Assistant Professor of Early Childhood Education in the Department of Learning and Teaching at Rutgers University.
