How to Apply and Submit


APPLICATIONS DUE APRIL 15, 2014

Please submit a COMPLETED application, to your school’s Principal or Guidance Counselor, or send application directly. All applications are due April 15, 2014.

Applications may be mailed, scanned & emailed, faxed, or completed online. Submission instructions below:

  1. Mailing: Please send application and all supplemental paperwork, preferably in one envelope,
    to the following address:

    Camden, NJ 08102

    Note
    : If necessary, supplemental paperwork can be scanned/emailed or faxed. Follow email or fax instructions.

  2. Scanning/Emailing Instructions: Please send application and all supplemental paperwork to the following address: Matthew McCaffrey: mcmcca@scarletmail.rutgers.edu.

  3. Faxing Instructions: Please fax application and supplemental paperwork to the following number, to the attention of Matthew McCaffrey: (856) 225-6500.

  4. Online Application (Click here): Please complete application and send by clicking the "submit form" button at the end of the document. Alternately, you may complete the application, save it and send it to the following email address: mcmcca@scarletmail.rutgers.edu
    1. NOTE: Chrome users will not be able to send by clicking "submit form." They will need to download form as PDF, complete and save form, and email it to mcmcca@scarletmail.rutgers.edu

Note: Submit supplemental paperwork (letter of recommendation, transcripts, essays, etc.) via mail, email, or fax (see instructions above, for these modes of delivery). Application is not complete until all necessary documents are recieved.

***INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED***

Notification:  Students will be notified regarding their acceptance status in late April-early May, 2014. Those who are accepted will receive an official acceptance packet from the Rutgers–Camden Aim High Academy.
