The CLC is a grant-funded service and research center located at the Camden campus of Rutgers University. Since 1990, the Center has helped revitalize urban communities through education, leadership and community development.

FEBRUARY 15 | Dr. Santiago named “Champion of Education Reform” by Foundations, Inc.
CLC Director and LEAP Academy Founder Dr. Gloria Bonilla Santiago was named a “Champion of Education Reform” by Foundations, Inc. She will receive her honor at its national conference in San Francisco from Feb 15-18, where she will also be a featured presenter on charter schools.
