January 31 | Rutgers–Camden to Offer Graduate Community Development Certificate in Puerto Rico
Rutgers–Camden will offer a graduate community development certificate (CDC) based in Puerto Rico. Enrolling its first cohort in summer 2014, the certificate program was approved by the Rutgers Board of Governors in June, and has just been granted a license from the Council on Higher Education in Puerto Rico.
