"Graig" White, Director of Performance
Enhancement
* Being quoted in the April 2000 edition of "American
Cheerleader" in an article entitled "Train Your
Brain." The article talks about preparation techniques
for doing your best at tryouts.
* Lecturing at the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association's Strength and Conditioning Clinic, held March 8, 2000, in New Brunswick, NJ. White talked about ways to keep injuries that may occur in the weight room to a minimum.
* Being cited as the 1999 Expert of the Year by "South Jersey Sports Online."
* Voted by South Jersey Magazine as one of " 22 People to watch in 2002". "This honor I share with everyone who has helped me get to where I am."

Graig White, a performance enhancement specialist, is a graduate
of Rutgers University (New Brunswick) who has developed a reputation for
getting the most out of his athletes and their abilities. A certified
strength training instructor with a membership in the National Strength
and Conditioning Association, he has worked with numerous collegiate and
professional athletes, including ones from programs at the University of
Nebraska, Purdue University, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Philadelphia Eagles, the
Philadelphia 76ers and the United States Tennis Association.
The effort that Graig and his athletes have been exerting is
starting to pay off. Coach White was honored by REEBOK as, "a person who
makes a difference." He also has had numerous athletes named to the National Strength
and Conditioning Association's All-American Team.
White also serves as a consultant and columnist for numerous on-line and
print publications, including South Jersey Sports Online, Basketball Highway, Universal Matters,
and Winning Hoops. He hosts a question and answer segment on the SJSports.com website.

Edward H. Hill
Edward H. Hill, a graduate of the Rutgers-Camden Law School and
a licensed New Jersey attorney, has been working side-by-side with
Rutgers-Camden Director of Performance Enhancement Graig White since
starting law school in 1999. He brings an extensive background in
sports and a personal experience as a former athlete to White's
staff.
Hill grew up in South Jersey, and graduated from Woodbury High School
in 1995. Hill, who earned Academic All-Colonial Conference honors
as a senior, played football, basketball and track at Woodbury High
School, where he was the team's starting running back as a senior.
He also ran the 100- and 200-meter dashes for the Thundering Herd,
finishing third in the conference at 100 meters as a senior.
He went on to graduate from Wake Forest University, where he was
a running back for the Demon Deacons during his freshman year in
1995.
"After I played at Wake Forest, I was a student athletic trainer,"
Hill said. "I worked with the men's basketball team when Tim
Duncan was there. I also worked with the football and track teams."
One of White's former clients, Hill worked out for several NFL,
CFL and Arena football teams in the spring of 2001. He has been
White's top assistant since 1999, working with high school, college
and professional athletes from all team and individual sports. He
has helped several athletes become all-conference and all-league
stars.
