Brian Foster returns to the Rutgers-Camden golf program for his fifth spring as an assistant coach, continuing a long partnership with head coach Bob Cardea. He joined the Rutgers-Camden golf program as an assistant during the spring season in 2002.

Foster also served under Cardea as the Assistant General Manager of Somerton Springs from 1993-2001.

A Cherry Hill resident, Foster is a 1988 graduate of Cherry Hill East High School, where he played football and intramural lacrosse.

A professional firefighter in Cherry Hill, Foster has served 11 years on the committee for the Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters Golf Tournament. Foster, who is the father of a three-year-old daughter, is the President of the Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters Local IAAF 2663.
