Whether you pass by Rutgers–Camden every day on your way to work or haven’t set foot on campus in years, we hope you’ll come back on May 8, 2010, for Reunion Reunion on the River 2010: “Memories ‘R’ Forever” and help us celebrate the 60th anniversary of Rutgers–Camden as part of The State University of New Jersey!

The evening starts with a Reunion Welcome and 60th Anniversary Reception. Join our new chancellor, Wendell Pritchett, alumni, faculty and staff to begin the celebration of the 60th anniversary of Rutgers–Camden. Following the official opening, there will be receptions across campus, including the School of Law, the “Generation to Generation” alumni art exhibition in the Stedman Gallery and at the restored Grille bar in the big tent. (Yes, it’s back!) There will be a special private dinner for classes celebrating their milestone anniversaries; the Diamond Dinner Buffet; a sorority and fraternity celebration; and special guests, professors, and staff. Look for displays of memorabilia tracing the history of our campus and Quizzo, a Rutgers favorite, where alumni teams will compete for more than $1,000 in prizes. Later in the evening, enjoy dessert and dancing to live big band music. Or head over to the Gordon Theater for a performance by the renowned Symphony in C. Whatever you choose, it will be a night to remember.
